No. Every plan is month-to-month at the price listed, and you can cancel any time without a penalty.
Can you move our existing records over?
Yes. Send us whatever you have: spreadsheets, exports, even photos of paper forms. We'll import what we can. Data migration and initial setup are included on every plan.
Who owns our data?
You do. Your records live in their own isolated database, and you can export everything at any time on the Pro plan.
What if we outgrow a plan?
Switch plans whenever you like and we'll prorate the difference. Nothing about your setup has to change when you move up.
Do our customers need an account?
No. Owners don't need an account. They fill out your intake form and check availability from a link, with no password to forget before a drop-off. They can create an account for easier appointment scheduling.
