No. Every plan is month-to-month at the price listed, and you can cancel any time without a penalty.
Can you move our existing records over?
Yes. Send us whatever you have — spreadsheets, exports, even photos of paper forms — and we'll import what we can. Migration is included on Pro.
Who owns our data?
You do. Each kennel's records live in its own isolated database, and you can export everything at any time on the Pro plan.
What if we outgrow a plan?
Switch plans whenever you like and we'll prorate the difference. Nothing about your setup has to change when you move up.
Do our customers need an account?
No. Owners fill out your intake form and check availability from a link — no password to forget before a drop-off.
